Exercise, Stress Relief, Mindfulness, Flexibility & so much more!

50 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Class - Set to music this soulful vinyasa class builds heat, strength and flexibility while allowing the mind to flow into an exuberant state of meditation.

$10.00 Per Person - All Skill Levels Welcome - Bring your mat and water bottle, we will provide everything else!

When weather allows, classes are held outdoors on the grass under our big beautiful shade trees!
