RETURNS, EXCHANGES and CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Crystal House will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase with all original tags. Purchases made by credit card will be credited back onto the original card once the item being returned is received by us. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges, by any method you choose, on merchandise you are returning or exchanging. Gift certificates will be refunded with store credit to be used in store. All online returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original purchase. Unfortunately, Crystal House does NOT accept returns on CLEARANCE or SALE merchandise. We do not accept exchanges or refunds of gift cards.
OUT OF STOCK:
Since Crystal House is a boutique and many of our items are one of a kind, out of stock items may occur. If this happens you will be notified within 2 business days, we apologize for this inconvenience but please don’t get discouraged. This is what makes us unique. If this happens you will be given the option of canceling or modifying your order. Check back with us often, we continually update our products.
Crystal House gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Unfortunately, at this time Crystal House cannot process gift cards online.
MODIFYING YOUR ORDER:
If you need to modify or cancel an order that has already been placed, you must contact Crystal House within 24 hours. Please call 763-786-1830 for assistance. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that an order can or will be modified or cancelled.

All of our packages will be sent using UPS.
Typically orders received Sunday-Thursday before 3pm will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders received Friday or Saturday will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. *Some Items may be processed sooner.* You will be notified by email once your items have been shipped.
Shipping is based on the method you choose. Items will be shipped as soon as your order has been processed (2-3 business days)
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise you are returning or exchanging.
However, Crystal House will gladly pay shipping charges on incorrect merchandise or merchandise that arrived damaged. Crystal House must be made aware of damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receiving our products
